Breathe Deep. Move Freely. Come Home to Yourself.
Inner Flow Yoga is housed inside a luminous 19th-century chapel in the heart of Ghent — a sanctuary where ancient practice meets sacred space. From dynamic vinyasa to restorative yin, every class is an invitation to slow down and return to what matters.
A Space Unlike Any Other in Ghent
Stone walls that have held centuries of stillness. Arched windows that fill the room with morning light. Inner Flow Yoga was born from the belief that where you practice matters as much as how you practice — and this chapel offers a quality of quiet you simply won't find anywhere else.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a lifelong practice, Inner Flow offers a class designed exactly for where you are right now.
Find the Practice That Finds You

Vinyasa Flow
A breath-led, dynamic sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and focus in equal measure. Classes range from energising morning flows to more meditative evening sequences — always mindful, never mechanical.

Yin Yoga
Long-held postures that invite the connective tissue to soften and the nervous system to reset. Yin at Inner Flow is practised in candlelight with ambient sound — a genuine hour of letting go.

Prenatal Yoga
Specially designed sequences that support the body through every trimester, taught by certified prenatal instructors who understand the nuances of pregnancy. A nurturing space for mothers-to-be to connect with their changing bodies and their growing babies.

Sound Healing
Immersive sessions using Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes set within the natural acoustics of the chapel's stone nave. Participants recline in supported savasana while sound frequencies do the work of deep release.

Breathwork
Guided pranayama and conscious-connected breathing sessions that access states of clarity, emotional release, and profound calm unavailable through conventional talk therapy or movement alone. No yoga experience required.

Sunday Community Sessions
Every Sunday morning Inner Flow opens its doors for donation-based classes — because we believe yoga belongs to everyone, regardless of budget. Arrive early, stay for tea, and leave a little lighter.

Teacher Training That Changes the Trajectory of Your Life
Our 200hr and 500hr programs are among the most thoughtfully designed in Belgium — rooted in classical lineage, somatic awareness, and the art of holding space for others. Whether you want to teach professionally or simply live your practice more deeply, training at Inner Flow is a transformative commitment to yourself.
Real students, real experiences — this is what happens when people find a practice they can actually call their own.
Voices from the Inner Flow Community
“I attended the Sunday donation session on a whim, not knowing what to expect. Within twenty minutes of the yin class I was in tears — and not from pain. The instructor created a container that felt completely safe. I've been a weekly student ever since.”
“I enrolled in the 200hr teacher training with a healthy dose of scepticism. By the end of week two I understood why people say it changes your life. The depth of the curriculum — anatomy, philosophy, practicum — is genuinely exceptional, and the chapel setting makes every early morning feel sacred.”
“The prenatal yoga classes at Inner Flow were the one hour of each week where I felt completely at ease in my third-trimester body. The instructor knew exactly how to modify every pose and the community of other expecting mothers was an unexpected gift.”
“The sound healing session in the chapel is unlike anything I've experienced in fifteen years of meditation practice. The acoustics of that space — the resonance in those stone walls — make the singing bowls feel like they're coming from inside your own chest.”
“I came to the breathwork session during a really difficult stretch of burnout. I left feeling like I'd had three weeks of sleep and a very good cry — simultaneously. I cannot explain it, but I can recommend it without reservation.”

Questions Before You Roll Out Your Mat
We have a full supply of high-quality mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets available for all students at no extra cost. You're absolutely welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer a personal one — many regular students do.
All bookings are handled through Momoyoga, our studio management platform. You can create a free account and browse the full schedule, reserve your spot, and manage your membership directly through the app or website. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance as classes often fill up.
The Sunday community donation session is the friendliest entry point — low pressure, welcoming community, and an instructor who loves working with absolute beginners. Our evening yin classes are also very accessible and are a beautiful introduction to the practice without requiring any baseline fitness or flexibility.
Sunday sessions run from 09:30–11:00 and are entirely pay-what-you-feel. There is a donation box at the entrance and all contributions go toward maintaining the studio space and subsidising access for students who can't afford regular pricing. There is no minimum — everyone is genuinely welcome.
The 200hr program is the foundation — it covers yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing principles, and teaching methodology, and qualifies graduates to teach internationally. The 500hr is an advanced immersion for those who have completed a 200hr course and wish to specialise further in areas like trauma-informed teaching, somatic therapy integration, or advanced pranayama. Both programs are Yoga Alliance registered.
Absolutely. All of our instructors are trained in adaptive modifications and we strongly encourage students to disclose any injuries or conditions before class. The yin yoga and breathwork sessions are particularly accessible. Please reach out to us directly if you have specific questions — we'll help you find the right starting point.
Your First Breath on the Mat Is the Hardest One.
After that, Inner Flow takes care of the rest. Join a class this week — or simply show up on Sunday and see what the space does to you.
Questions about classes, teacher training, private sessions, or anything else? We'd love to hear from you. We typically respond within one business day.
